Our next meetings are on Wednesday, January 21, at the Nanaimo Curling Club, 106 Wall Street. Doors open at 1:00 and 6:00 pm and the meetings start at 1:30 and 6:30 pm. Learn all about our Quilt Show happening in May, and how you can be involved. Members whose last names start with the letters I, J, K and L, it’s your turn to bring goodies to the meeting for our coffee / tea break.
Members, please remember your library books, coffee cup, donation placemats and quilts, change for raffles, items to show and share, any items for the free table, and Country Grocer receipts (if you shop there - more info below).
As a nonprofit society, we can earn 1% on every $1000 in tapes that we save, in the form of gift cards that do not expire (This will help us buy supplies for our next Quilt Show).
The tapes can be from any Country Grocer location, for anything in the store, and for any amount. Please fold (don’t roll) the tapes and place in an envelope to prevent fading. There will be a box available at our meetings to drop off your tapes.
